Services
With more than 17 years experience (and loving what we do!), we've treated every condition you can imagine. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, a new or expecting mum or simply wanting to move better, we strive to help you achieve lasting results with our practical approach.
Let us empower you to move with ease, strength and control.
Your journey back to the life you love to live starts here.
• Back and neck pain • Joint pain • Sports injuries • Posture problems • Pre- and post-surgery recovery • Repetitive strains • Nerve irritation
How it Works:
• Movement assessment – we’ll pinpoint what’s driving your pain, and identify weakness, tightness and/or joint restriction. • Hands-on treatment – including joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, and dry needling where necessary. • Tailored exercises – just 1-2 manageable exercises that target your specific issue. • Daily activity strategies – ways to adapt your work, exercise, or routine to manage pain and avoid flare-ups. • Clear next steps – a straightforward plan to meet your goals.
Physiotherapy is about preventing, treating and managing a variety of health complaints relating to injury, mobility, and movement. We want to help you find relief from pain, restore movement and build resilience. We encompass a holistic approach to general physiotherapy care, facilitating full body rehabilitation, repair and movement.
At InForm we recognise that no two individuals are the same, similarly no two treatments should be the same. Together, we will find solutions that fit your life.

Women's Health
Manage your body’s changes at every stage
At InForm, we have a special interest in the physiotherapy and exercise management of women throughout the lifespan.
Adolescence, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause bring physical changes that often get brushed aside. We help women navigate these with practical, evidence-based care.

Our goal is to recover whole body function and restore pelvic health, so you can get back to being you.
• Back and neck pain • Joint pain • Sports injuries • Posture problems • Pre- and post-surgery recovery • Repetitive strains • Nerve irritation

How it Works:
• Screen - An initial physiotherapy assessment to analyse your movement • Educate - Informing correct movement patterns, rebuilding proper strength from the inside out and restoring greater mobility. • Movement - We use a combination of Pilates equipment like the reformer, trapeze and wunda chair as well as mat-based exercises to challenge your body and support your movement. • Individually tailored - a physio-led functional, progressive Pilates-based programme is designed entirely around you, for you. • Private or semi-private - Choose 1:1 sessions or small groups (max 3–4 per class), either way your session will always be unique to you and your needs.
